Nancy J. Giacolone, RHU

President / Benefit Consultant

Nancy started Olympic Crest Insurance in 1995 as a boutique employee benefit focused agency and has continued to grow it ever since. With her extensive experience working with and for employers in the employee benefit area, her mission is to share her knowledges with as many employers as possible to transform their benefit package.

Nancy has earned many industry awards and is a sought after speaker both within and outside of the industry. She is the host of her own podcast “Recipe for Success” which can be found on all major podcast platforms and YouTube.

She is a life-long learner with a desire for constant improvement which is the key ingredient to her success.

When not trying to revolutionize the benefits industry, she can be found spending time with her husband and three dogs or in the kitchen whipping up something fabulous. She is also a reader, lover of puzzles, Peloton, and a good laugh with friends and family. 

Nicholas (Nick) Giacolone

Account Manager / Individual Specialist

Nick Giacolone began working at Olympic Crest Insurance in 2015 after graduating with a B.S. in Biology from Oregon State University.

Nick primarily handles all small-mid sized groups with their employee benefit packages, as well as all individual and family plans. He is a NAHU-certified Account Manager and works closely with his clients to ensure that they find the right benefit plans to meet their financial and personal needs. He also provides support for eligibility processing, benefits administration, marketing, and client advocacy.

Outside of the office he is most likely spending time with his wife Jazmine, dog; Ollie, and cat; Milo. He is also an avid runner, cyclist, Star Wars nerd, and Oregon State Beavers and Seattle Seahawks fan.

Jazmine Giacolone

Account Specialist

Jazmine started her career at OCI in July of 2021. As you can guess from her last name, she is married to her best friend Nick Giacolone.

Some of her favorite things to do when not working are reading, working in the yard, going on walks with her husband and dog, Ollie, and spending time with her friends and family.

Amanda Kennedy

A lover of languages, a collector of cookbooks, and a hoarder of random facts, Amanda joined our team in August to take over the position of Analyst.

She comes from a background in risk analysis and data analytics with a big tech company which makes her a perfect fit to tackle all of the intricacies of insurance data in our business. She enjoys puzzle solving and finding solutions to problems, which makes her a great asset to have come renewal time!

A fun fact about Amanda is that she can speak more than just English! She grew up in Egypt, and can speak fluent Arabic as well as some French, and is currently learning Gaelic for fun.

In her free time, you can find her hiking with her boyfriend, reading the latest Times best seller or whipping up something fun in the kitchen.

Ollie

Ollie joined OCI in June of 2021 as the Branch Manager. She works hard at keeping us all in line and protecting us from delivery people!

She loves belly scratches, hiding her treats so that she can be surprised to find them later, and running with Nick.
